After Bose reached Berlin, he asked German officials to contact her in Vienna and asked her to come to Berlin . She duly arrived in Berlin in April 1941and lived with Bose throughout his European period, first in Hotels and and then in a house provided by the Germans in Berlin. Most of German Foreign officegroup  - Trott, Alexander Werth, Freda Kretschmer - appear to have disliked her intensely. Conversely, Emilie Schenkl did not like Trott whom she accused of aristochratic snobbery. The relationship between Bose and Schenkl deepened with the pregnancy in Schenkl in 1942 and the birth of Anita in Vienna on November ,1942 . Bose acknowledged his family.
