Bose was invited to address in London ( Political Conference in London)-10.6.1933)

During this first months in Europe , Bose received an invitation to address, as President, the Third Indian Political Conference in London, , to be held on June,10 1933 . He wrote to British authorities for permission to come speak, but this is not forthcoming. But the British Authorities and officers were quite sure that Bose could not be kept outside London because he possessed a British Pass Port. Bose did not try to enter for fear of being arrested as he was prevented by ore-condition to go  to three states, 1.United Kingdom, Russia, and 3. America. So Subhas could not deliver the address in person in Junee 1933 - or believed he could not - therefore he sent his lecture note  to the conference.
